THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOGA
-You don't have to be a size 6 ballerina, white, or female to do yoga.
-A successful yoga class can be as simple as taking the time out for your self, sitting quietly and thinking about your breathing.
-Yoga isn't about being the very best version of yourself, it's about accepting and being kind with yourself in this very moment.
-You are allowed to wobble, laugh, fall over and take time out when ever you want.
